If at all possible, we should try to hold it in a bigger room than last time. It was packed to capacity, and with no ventilation it was supremely hot in there. Though that might have something to do with the fact that Loading Ready Run's "Man Cooking" had been using the room right before...

Last time? I assume you're talking about 2010 AE con, though I never attended any of AE's convention, but seems awful by the sounds of it o_o;;
