=) I'll let you know as soon as everything works out. The priorities from descending order is as follows:
1. paying vendors
2. staff discount vendors
3. free staff (if there are spare tables and room)
which one would you prefer?

Hmmmm.....The paying vendors are okay. I'm used to paying for my stuff anyways. Lol! I'm not so sures if I'd wannas trys the Staff Discount Vendors or the Free Staff Members Tables? Oh well....I'm quite used to paying up for stuffs at the conventions so yeah....Maybe I'll just try the paying vendor tables. Since they arev more cheaper I'd guess.

thats great to hear =)
but the cheapest option is the free staff, but that will be vary hard to come by. I'll let you know the prices when everything has been finalized.

If we get the 3000 presales, I'm sure we'll have what we need to get free staff things.

Hi my name is Ivan Huang. I am a local cosplay photographer and I am very interested in having a instant photo booth at your convention.

here are some samples photos of what I did at Mini-Comi

I was wondering if there is space for a photo booth if I were to apply for a booth at your convention.

Thank you
and I am sorry if I am posting this in the wrong location

Ivan

Thank you Ivan for showing interest in opening a booth in AR. I'm sure we can work something out, but at the mean time please wait for us to set up the floor plan and minor details.

If you guys have a dealer's package prepared, you can send me one at ted@tngames.ca. I was one of the gaming vendors at AE2010 (right at the entrance).
