So tickets are on sale yet the vending situation still hasn't been sorted out.

Just so you know, vendors are planning out the events they are attending for the next year. If you don't get a package together soon, they'll just end up skipping this in favour of something else.

So, any details you can provide, even if incomplete, would be helpful.
