Sure have.

Twice at Tsukino-Con. Attendance was about 50 people. (Total con attendance was only about 1000).
Once at Anime Evolution 2010 to a packed room of about 200 people.
Once at Sakura-Con 2011 to a nearly-packed room of about 250 people.

Fun times were had by all, except when projector issues and lack of audio equipment caused us a 40-minute delay at AE. We nearly had the same issue at Sakura-Con this year, but luckily, the projector just had to be restarted for that one.

Might as well update this.
This year, we ran at Sakura-Con 2012 in a 358-person theatre and we nearly maxed out the capacity of the room.
