Parkour Panel / Workshop? (Anyone interested?)

Discussion about, promotion for, and general discussion of events

frostbitedeer wrote:Not sure what any of that means but if you are referring to this as advertising something to better people, that's not what we're intending or thinking of this as. It's just simply a fun change up in the norm that I thought our community can help attribute to as a collaboration for both cultures. It's a blue sky idea but we're willing to hear out constructive criticism for making this go better.

Sounds fun. I'll jump over some benches.

I'm excited for this. Not because I want to attend, but because I wanna see some out of shape weeb faceplant trying to hop a bench sometime during the con. Stupid people getting hurt gets my schadenfreude so erect. HARDCORE PARKOUR!

@spyd22

In the case of any legal issues regarding property, we're thinking of this being indoors and that we also don't need a huge amount of space either. Is there anyone we can talk to about how to make this work? Because what we're suggesting and what the convention is able to host are two different things and so it would be easier to consult directly with head people. This is my first time cooperating with a convention so I'm not sure about what protocols you have.
