AMV Work in progress

This poor forum is a little bare so I'll share some of my current work.

I have trying to put together an AMV including Kenshin, Naruto, Samurai Champloo, and maybe bleach?

Song: "love the way you lie" - Eminem and Rihanna

I've got about 30 or so seconds done. At first i was doing around 4-5seconds a night..but it has slowed down a bit.

Anyone else working on any AMV's?

I'm working on one about the band beck and there struggles to make it big problem is I cant think of a song thats dramtic but still rocking.

This is my first crack at AMV's but does anyone got any pointers?

I'm trying hard to get the lips to match up with the rap..

I know nothing about this but I always like it when the cuts and movements in the scenes match with the beat/rhythm of the track, mouths don't have to match but that's just me

ahh yes, those are very good pointers i'm trying to accommodate as well. The lips thing are really just a small detail..but i figure someone out there that notices will really enjoy the time i spent doing it.

The hardest part is going through all the Anime to figure out what to use.

What do you guys do? Do u listen to music and think of Anime to use...or do u do the reverse? Watch anime and think about music that'll fit it?

+100 right there.

But then again, majority of the AKROSS AMV submissions are godly.
