Bakemonogatari, an anime adaption of the Monogatari series.
Although there are still traces of the brief period he became a vampire, third year high school student Koyomi Araragi is human again. He happens upon others with their own supernatural problems and finds that he can empathize. Koyomi becomes involved in their lives, seeking to help them and occasionally asking for advice from Meme Oshino, the homeless man who helped him become human again.
The sequel to it, Nisemonogatari is currently ongoing at episode 10, I think, and there's also an upcoming movie (released this summer? I forgot) for it called Kizumonogatari, which is the prequel to everything, featuring Koyomi Vamp.
Err, the anime's missing quite a few stories from the Monogatari series, actually.
It's missing Nekomonogatari, Kabukimonogatari, Hanamonogatari, Otorimonogatari, Onimonogatari, Koimonogatari, Tsukimonogatari, Owarimonogatari, and Zokuowashimonogatari.
I actually recommend reading the novels for it before watching the anime. The anime's really good, but it tends to be confusing and err, dark, according to many people.
English translations of Bakemonogatari up/down are fully translated by Baka-Tsuki already, I think, and the rest are just scattered amongst translation sites.
Bakemonogatari did, afterall, top the BD sales in 2010.
