I don't think the list for the upcoming licensed anime movies or just the anime BD DVDs release news are even out yet...

Apparently they're going to put the protagonists from P2(?), P3/DS and P4 to link everything into one big plot.

Perhaps Shinkai's Hoshi o Ou Kodomo (Children Who Chase Lost Voices From Deep Below)? I know it was supposed to be shown at Waterloo's WFAC in November 2011, but it was cancelled at the last minute because the licence was suddenly picked up. I don't think it has been shown in Canada since then, but I know it was recently shown at New York's International Children's Film Festival.

I'm not really sure when Monsters University is coming out. But, I would love to see it premiere at AR.
