Age only matters when we have panels for late night events. You can't have a sixteen year old monitoring an adult panel. But besides that, if you are old enough to converse with people you should be able to volunteer. On that note, I'm just making an educated guess and I don't know EXACTLY what can wants.

I'd say limit the age to 15? 16?
I just don't really see it working with having 13 years old volunteers.... Especially not with the 13 years old people from my school --no.

Suggestion: have the volunteers meet at metrotown for their first meet up?

If we aren't rowdy I'm sure they wouldn't mind. I find the problem is we want to get to know each other and malls were MADE to be distracting and alluring. It would take away what we want as a meet n' greet event.

In that case, would a park be a potential site for a meet and greet event? There are much fewer disturbances, plenty of green space to provide that calm atmosphere and also a decent amount of privacy. Not to mention that people will be free to bask in the warmth of the sun's glow while we introduce ourselves. Stanley Park or Queen Elizabeth Park are easily accessible and there's plenty of vacant space for groups to gather. (:

Cheers,
Deaf

Well in that case, I guess we don't have to fret about finding a location 8D. It's reassuring to see Candolf working so hard to carry the team ^_^.
