There are 346 books total (not including some of the ones lost in my brother's bedroom) that I usually keep on the shelves in the pictures shown.
I also have something like 20-30 newer Shounen Jump issues (the ones with the ads on the back side, I'm keeping the ones w/out the ads on the back), a double of a volume of Vampire Knight, and a Tokyopop sneak previews book that I'm going to try to either sell at the Tsukino-Con flea market or, if desperate, pawn off to my school library.Candolf wrote:OH MY!
I"m guessing $500 for the previous picture posted?
Certainly MUCH more than a measly $40 for a pre-reg ticket (*wink wink*) lol
/end shameless plug
If only I had the money myself. My mom bought pretty much all of those for me since it wasn't until about last year that I finally grasped the concept of money and all that jazz.

My father gets scared whenever the bookstore is mentioned, even though it's my/my sister's money that is spend. WELL, he'd make the mistake of offerring to take us out there every now and then :3 And I will admit, my bookself is definitely my pride and joy <3
Taken from my sister's top bunk, old picture that needs to be updated as soon as my cousin returns some of my books...
Not completely all manga, although my manga collection(Which is in alphabetical order by english title hahaha) does now take up about four shelves so the random non-books on my left shelf are mostly gone. Top left, we see some stuff by Tamora Pierce, and Brandon Sanderson aka my favourite authors of all time :3 Brandon Sanderson is coming for a signing this Saturday at Metrotown btw. Second shelf from the bottom, you see the remnants of my Animorphs collection, and at the bottom are just random books I have.
Middle shelf is mostly my manga, with my figures, gundams, and random gifts from friends(Letters, cards, notes, A cake towel, chocolate rose, etc,), and has binders and cookbooks at the bottom. I had a bedbug issue so I have a paranoia with putting my 'good stuff' at floor level =__=;
On the right you have my other novels with the last two hidden shelves being relatively boring. Well, you're missing out my Disney books >.> Darn my sister's compy. Btw, those juice boxes are all empty, and again, courtesy of my sister haha. They're gone now though >.>

The moment I saw that Shaman King wall scroll, I was wearing my imaginary shades and making wangster poses because of how happy seeing that Shaman King wall scroll makes me.
I can't read Chinese/Japanese/Korean(The big three? keke), but if I did, I'd have some light novels on my shelf too u.u By the way, do you get your light novels through online ordering or are there any bookstores around the lower mainland that sell them? I'm trying to get some stuff by Yu Wo, even though I can't read them xD

Oh, my light novels are either directly from Japan (relatives and friends), or from china/taiwan (again, relatives or friends).
When it comes to light novels that aren't in english, I don't trust the internet.... Mostly because I can't read simplified chinese so I would rage and flip a table if the books comes and turns out to be simplified...
