Got a question for the Information Booth?

Information for details around the con (where to eat), during the con (how to reg for what), and much much more!

Thanks everyone for answering Ki.Toru's question!

I'm sure McDonalds in the Waterfront Food Court (which is practically footsteps away from the East Wing) can provide you with some hot water :)

This will be my first convention, so I have a few questions :P

1) I have heard that Doug Walker will be a guest at the convention, and I am really hoping to see him! Are his panels usually open to minors, or is it a mature panel?

2) Will there be a schedule released for certain panels, and if so, when?

Thanks in advance!

I'd like to know if or when there will be a schedule for the entire con? Knowing when each event/panel/workshop/dance etc will be starting and ending would be great to have! Actually, just knowing that it will be done (even if it's a week before the con) would be fantastic. Thanks :D

Hi MintyFresh!

1) I believe his panels are minor friendly, but this is what I know from my current standpoint. Our programming department is working very hard on the schedule for the panels - and from what I remember, his panels were situated around the daytime, while 18+ panels were around the nighttime. Please do not worry, our schedule will be released soon!

2) As I noted above, our schedule is being worked on, and will hopefully be released soon! (Sorry, no specific date)

Hi coon,

As stated above with MintyFresh's question, our programming department is working very hard on the schedule! I don't have a specific date it will be released, but it is currently in the works, and it looks great!

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

I've got some questions.

1) Will there be any change rooms/areas? If there isn't a place to change specifically, how spacious are the washrooms there? >___> How many stalls and how big, mirrors, etc.

2) I think I saw somewhere that we're not allowed to bring food in.
I tried to read the rules and regulations but I'm still unclear about it. Would it be alright if we brought in water? lol..
and if we had packed lunches, could we keep them in coat check and eat them outside the convention?

3) Out of curiosity how many people do you guys think are going to be attending this first year? o uo

Hi Angelized,

I'll try my best to help answer your questions!

1)The washroom stalls themselves are pretty standard size… if you need to change into an elaborate cosplay, then I recommend that you use a handicap stall as these are much bigger. All of the washrooms in the corridor (except for the middle one), exhibitor halls, and main lobby have handicap washroom stalls. As for the mirrors, I think the ones in the exhibitors hall are bigger; nonetheless, standard sizes.

2)If you bring food and water, we won’t stop you. As for packed lunches, you can keep them at coat check - just make sure that they’re properly sealed.

3)We are not 100% of how many people are going, but we are expecting over 4000 - 6000+

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hello there! I'm actually new to anime cons and such so this will be my first one other than the J-Fest!
I have a few questions here (and since my mind is quite blank right now, I may or may not come back later with another question that I have forgotten):

1) Will there be food provided for us or will we have to buy it there?
2) Is this a kind of yearly/seasonal event? Will the anime con come back again over the years to come?

I think that's all the questions I have for now, but thank you in advance!

For those who have preregistered, what time can we pick up our passes on thursday and when does our opportunity to pick them up end on that day?

Welcome to the anime revolution!

1) To my knowledge, other than the cosplay cafe (day and time tba) there won't be any other food served at the anime convention so you will have to buy outside or bring a packed lunch.
2) Generally speaking, anime conventions are usually annual events. It takes A LOT of time to plan such a huge three day event. .Since this is the first year of Anime Revolution, it's hard to say how many more years it will continue. Though, if all goes well this year there's a very high chance it'll return. :)*please see Kim's response

Please do keep returning to our forums and I'll PM you if there are any updates about the coscafe~
