What form of payments are available? Is it credit, PayPal, or are we allowed to mail in cheques like AE did?

Yes, you can do paypal and all major credit cards. Also, by today we will have a form you can fill out for mail in orders. Thank you.

RR = Rural Route. Some places still use these as address indicators.

Also, the form is now updated to allow you to have nicknames.

Just re download the same form again and you should be able to see the changes.
