So this brand new con is coasting us $67.20. We better get some good stuff for that price and this con better be amazing. Plus they make those who pay online have to travel all the way into Vancouver just to pick up or wait in a long @ss line up to get your pass when it would be a smart idea to just print it out. Seems that would be allot more convenient. We better get goody bags a free map and more. Not like Anime Evolution were they crapped out and stopped giving out goody bags and maps with your payment, that was bs.
Long story short this better be an amazing con and worth $67.20.

Judging by the contests, guests, panels, and other activities, I believe this convention is going to be a huge success. I'm not sure if there's going to be goody bags, but there seems to be some awesome prizes for the contestants.

Yes convention bags and guides are in the works and are to be included in the price of your passes. Also, $60 + tax is the current (regular) admission 3 day price, but sufficient time was given to everyone who wasn't interested in the VIP package to purchase a 3 day convention pass @ $40 + tax.

We believe these prices for the content of our three day event held in a world renowned venue to be quite fair. We also hope, by the end of your experience, you feel the same and wish to return for years to come.

Also, passes can't be sent out in advance due to the possibility of forgery.

I'm not sure of any con that sends out badges in advance.

You can however pickup your badge before we open on the 16th while we are still setting up.

I believe PAX does it, though they have some really good anti-fraud measures on them. It's definitely something to look into for future cons.

Was a bit Unsure about all this a while ago. But now that it's so close and Iearned allot more about this I'm super excited and allot more understandable. Can't wait. I know it's going to be well run and done and worth it. ^^
