What I find fascinating about this team is that we all have a wide range of experiences along with real world application. I think these types of things are essential for any type of event, not just anime conventions.

Hey guys!

My name is Senshomaru aka Gourav Shah, and I am absolutely stoked to be a part of the Anime Revolution team! I met mostly everyone today and I am so proud that I can be with such a passionate, strong team.

I am the manager and creator of Orbit Artists, the convention attending artist dealer team, http://www.animerevolution.ca/forums/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=118 <- there is the forum post.

I am the overseer of High School Anime clubs by making sure the content and source is appropriate for high school students. As well I tutor Japanese to high school students.

I have worked in the hospitality Industry for 5 years working my way up from just the clean up kid to a supervisor making sure all customers are happy and that each and every product comes out with excellence. I won't let anything happen unless it is of high enough quality. I also train all newcomers and I have tons of experience with customer satisfaction. I have also translated customers using different languages as I strive to learn as many languages as possible.

With Orbit Artists, I have attended 4 Artist Alleys and have worked with 7 different Artists all at the same time making sure that they had exactly what they needed to have the best sales, customers and experience that they would consider returning to the group.

I am currently an Opera student at university and My favourite anime is Sailor Moon.

よろしくお願いします! I hope you will treat me well :D

Hi everyone,

My name is James and here on the forums as Soul, I recently met many of the team members and thought it about time I posted in this thread. I am very much excited to be working with everyone and have no doubt in my mind that Anime Revolution will be an inherent success.

My experience lies in the technical side of events such as LAN Parties and also in event management and organisation.

I am originally from Melbourne, Australia, and moved out here to this beautiful county earlier in the year and am set to stay. Back in Melbourne however, I am the owner of a business "Epic Industries Melbourne" and we specialise in the organisation of LAN events. In the past three and nearly four years I have run LAN Parties in Melbourne CBD by the name of Epic LAN Melbourne.

I have also worked backstage in the lighting and sound departments on many productions for the last five years, giving me experience in managing a team and also technical knowledge of what is involved in running a show and making it a success.

I hope to bring the experience that I have gained from these events and apply it to Anime Revolution in the best way possible and will be working hard ensuring it is a successful event, and something that everyone will enjoy.

Hey people!

I'm Yvonne and I am absolutely psyched to be able to help with the convention.

As many of you may or may not have noticed, all the staffs' introductions so far proved that they have had many experiences and so on. On that note, I'll come straight out and say that I am not as experienced as them so if there are flaws to my actions, please point them out and I will gladly learn from them.

Also, recently, having met with the team, I can say that this is definitely an interesting, and most importantly, fun and organized community to work with. I have really high confidence that we're all going to pull through and make this event absolutely FABULOUS!

As for my experiences... I've mainly just volunteered here and there in Richmond. Most of my jobs so far has been dealing with customers, dealing with young kids, and being the announcer/MC for events.

So that's it for my introduction. I'll probably be lurking around after I post at least ten times.
