will there be a meet and greet voice actors and celebs? IF so how and do you have to have VIP passes for it?

Not sure if you've seen it yet, but the schedule for the entire con is up and can be found here:

Autograph sessions as well as the photo booth will be found in Exhibition Room B (Vendors Room).
All meet and greets will allow autographs unless stated otherwise due to cultural reasons. (ie. Nakata Jouji)
You don't need VIP passes for this, but of course VIPs get priority to skip lines and whatnot
