Thank you Mune and the rest of the AR team for accepting my application! I am looking forward to working closely with everyone in the coming year to make AR a huge success. However, aside from my first aid responsibilities, would it be possible for me to take on a staff position in the planning process of the convention? I apologize if this is asking for too much and will respect any decision you make.

Cheers,
Deaf

That is not a problem and you don't have to apologize for such a thing. We will discuss what needs to be done and what you are comfortable with doing in the next meeting. Please keep an eye out for meeting date e-mails. I look forward to meeting you and all the new members in the next meeting =)

Hello,

I recently applied to be a volunteer and I was wondering when will the volunteers recieve some sort of acceptance e-mail, letter, bottled message, pigeon or anything?

a pigeon is on its way unless something happened to it.... when did you submit the form Fireprince12? I will inquire about your entry to Can and get a confirmation from him.

I sent it around the beginning of September like the 1st, 2nd or 3rd. If is not there, I can just reapply

thank you Fireprince12, I have notified Can and he has received your application. Can is working on a mass reply to all the volunteers at the moment. Please be patient and thank you =).

My friend asked me a question today and it suddenly made me curious as well. About how many volunteers are we willing to accept?

We will need between 25-40 volunteers. The more volunteers the smoother the operation will run.

I want to volunteer! The thing is how old do you want your volunteers to be? For example, do you want them to be at least over 18? o ___ o

Age only matters when we have panels for late night events. You can't have a sixteen year old monitoring an adult panel. But besides that, if you are old enough to converse with people you should be able to volunteer. On that note, I'm just making an educated guess and I don't know EXACTLY what can wants.
