Depending on the nature of your volunteer position, we will need to do some forms of training ahead of time.

Gah, I'm stuck in Toronto until July... is there a need for volunteers who can just show up at the Con? I'm moving to Vancouver and definitely want to get involved in this for future years, but if I have to wait a year it's not a big deal.

Do I need a cover letter?
Also, meetings will be on weekends right?

Also another thing, on the official dates posted in the forums, it says the convention is from 17-19, but on the Volunteer form, it says 16-19. Is the 16th just the prep day? Or is the convention 4 days long.

Hi :)
I sent in my application about a month ago and was told I'd know the status of my volunteer application before December ended. But so far I've gotten no word of it D:
