It would be amazing to see some of the big guns up here like ADV, Bandai, Viz and the whole bunch. Even someone like Udon or Antartic Press would be cool. Maybe Capcom and Relic? Capcom seems realistic since they have a studio here lol. Anyway, it would be great to see this con grow into something like AX. I wouldn't rule out related industries like film, comics and gaming. Vancouver is such an entertainment industry hub for Canada, it seems a shame there isn't a larger, reliable, more pro convention dedicated to anime & games. Siggraph this/last year was amazing........ although it didn't have things like panels and screenings or cosplay xP. I'd like to see an epic dealers area.

I remember reading somewhere that Bandai got GG'd or something. I'll dig up that website for you.

Would be awesome to see some trading figure sets, figures (PVC), character key chains, manga books, wallscrolls, and if possible even some stuff from huge figure companies like Bandai, Kotobukiya, Banpresto etc....

That's too bad. =/ Not surprising I suppose, considering all the stuff that's been happening lately; Japan tsunami, economic downturn etc. However, there's still a fairly decent list of companies to pick from. Heck, maybe even NHK or Fairchild (regardless of being chinese)would take part.. lol I was on a couple of NHK's programs. Good times........

Definite yes from me. I particularly want another wallscroll... But I'm not sure of what yet. And it has to be a fat horizontal one, otherwise it'll be the combo breaker in my room...

Two years ago, Liquidation World (Richmond) was selling those wall scrolls for $8 each. I spent so much there. :'D
